Sushi includes rice. Sashimi doesn't just include raw fish, it is sliced pieces of raw fish. While there are many types of sushi that contain cooked seafoods, or no seafood at all, most sushi items are a combination of raw fish and rice. The nice thing about sushi is the dab of wasabi placed between the fish and the rice to help clear up your sinuses.
