Try wrapping them in bacon first, then batter and fry.
Add a little spice too if you like, ala Emeril.

	I have been ask to help cook at a local get together serving
mountain oysters.
	I am wondering if anyone has a good recipe to spice up those little
jewels.
	The traditional batter consists of flour, eggs, & milk. TIA
