Hi folks-- Don't *even* get me started on what I used to find in Chicago that I can't get here in rural NE Pennsylvania... But what I have seen recently here are precooked crawfish, of all things. I remember seeing recipes for crawfish here on the list (our Rael posted a hugely complex crawfish pie years ago). Anyone have any current favorites? I'd love to give these crustaceans a try.
