>Anyone out >there ever try to make hot pickled green beans???? Got any >suggestions. I use a standard "dilly bean" recipe, but load up the jar with peppers as well. Thai birdseye peppers are plenty hot, abundant, and dirt cheap around here at the Asian markets, so when making hot pickled beans I'll slit a dozen of them and put them in the jar, not at the bottom with the pickling spices, but intermixed with the beans. Another benefit is, of course, eating the pickled peppers later. <g> === Dave Sacerdote davesas@tiac.net Resist or Serve.
