[CH] Ornamental??

While searching through the local nurseries and
markets for different Chile species.  I have noticed
that quite often people / nurseries are labelling the
chiles Ornamental.

The question is does this mean that they cannot be=20
eaten or just they are a more attractive Chile bush
than say others.

I also picked up a little Chile bush about 6 weeks ago,
that has chiles that are 3-4mm wide and about 3-4cm=20
long, that point straight up.  They have also just started
turning from Green/Yellow to Orange/Red. =20

Does anyone know what this Chile is??
