Yes.
Lavender is especially good.
Many EOs are also used in flavouring eg Coke is said to use citrus oils,
boronia and patcholli.
but the above ( Mimosa Gardenia  Lotus) are  unlikely to be essential oils.
They would more likely be perfume oils and every perfumer would have a
different formulation for each
