Which pepper would attract you more as a consumer? Both! keep it simple. I think Ancho is harder to find. But Chipotle is only available in can form (Embasa - in adobo sauce) where I live. I know I had too search to find Ancho Chiles here too then make my own powder thanks to everyones help. Both! Dave
