I am just trying to catch up reading my digests after being away 4 out of the
last 6 weeks.

A great substitute for people watching fat grams is the wonderful Faf-free
sour cream (Naturally Yours/Dallas Texas 1-800-441-3321) in the black and
white cow print container.  No I don't even know any one who works for them.

I use it for cream sauces, dips etc.
