Cardamon should be easy enough to find in the spice section of any good
grocery store. It's often used for cakes and baking (in addition to
Indian food). If you can, get whole pods, if not, get what you can.
    Fenugreek is a bit more hit or miss at a normal grocery. If they
don't have it, ask the manager to get some, it's not exotically rare,
it's just that there's usually not a lot of demand for it so the store
doesn't carry it. Places with Middle Eastern or Greek populations will
normally carry it, too.
