Well, what would you expect from a smoke eater?(Fireman)And, his smoked
hab powder is the hottest thing since firecrackers, but what a nice
flavor...that was a very illuminating description of the various
peppers, and hopefully, answered the questions posed. Cheers, Doug in
BC...trying to figure out what to do with some lobster tails, Chinese,
seeing as it is the year of the Rabbit! And still with some heat, making
it Szechuan!
