both links are valid.  The parents, Bill and Ruth Penzy, passed on the
business to the children, creating two branches.  Separate business, and a
friendly rivalry.  Both have some of their own blends and both share some
of their own.  

I strongly suggest trying the Jerk marinade from the Spice House.  

Bill and Ruth also still operate a small store and do a modest mail order
business.  Anyone who wants their address can e-mail me privately.

I mail order from Penzy's, with a few mail order purchases from Bill and
Ruth.  When in Milwaukee, I go to the Spice House (fine ambiance in an old
wood floor storefront in the now trendy Old Town Milwaukee).

You can't go wrong with any of the three.
