Although the orange hab has the best flavor, IMO, I also like the flavor of
the serrano.  A week or two ago I posted the technique I use for making
chile beer using serranos and Rolling Rock beer.  Last Saturday I made up
some more, one serrano per bottle.  On Sunday I gave it a taste.  It tasted
like pure serrano.  It was wonderful.  Not too much heat until I ate Senor
Jesus at the bottom, but great flavor.
