POblanos.  And thanks for reminding me I left out my favorite hot 
pickling pepper: pickled _siling labuyos_ are  WONNNNNderful on 
a cheese or tofu sandwich, or with the legume-flour fritters and
pancakes of India or most any Asian vegetarian entree.
