just wanted to say hello and say thanks for the great list.  

i am the manager of a burrito shack.  our claim to fame is our hot food.  
we do it hotter than anyone else in town.  

i have been looking for new items for the store.  i am looking for 
facts, interesting sayings, pictures or anything else that may go well 
in the store.  if you can help let me know.

we currently have a hot sauce of the month club.  most of the items we 
get come from peppers.  we carry at least 30 sauces for customers to 
stick on there food, along with our house haby sauce and my own little  
recipe.  

thanks again for the list, and i hope to hear from all you folks about 
ideas you may have seen in other stores!
