I thought maybe there was a chile SY>pain killer out there that I could make for these situations. x AFTER checking the above, try soaking a few chiles, half a cup of St. Johnswort (from the herb store) and half a cup or more of rosemary (likewise--it's MUCH cheaper in bulk) in just enough light mineral oil or baby oil to cover them plus 1/4" or so. Keep the jar covered and in a warm place while soaking, and soak for two weeks, shaking well once or twice a day. Strain the oil through a tea towel, squeezing out all you can, and use.
