What time is breakfast tomorrow... I sometimes feel like a little heat in unusual places so I dabble in the altering of premixed foods. My favorite is pancakes. I make the batter according to the mix package and add my favorite heat (dry or liquid). Then I grill the cakes and wrap them around hot and spicy chicken meat, hot links, fresh chili's or whatever lights my fire at the time. I top it differently depending on my mood and the time of day, but often it is a can of Rotell brand tomatoes with chilies blended with a generous amount of brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. If you are of the culinary socially elite and don't ever eat pancakes you can do the same thing with a good crepe mix. Just remember to decrease the milk or water if you use a liquid heat.
