Congatulations on your rosemary plant! It is best used whole as small branches or twigs added to roast pork, chicken or (best of all) rabbit. Dried crushed rosemary can also be added to homemade sausages. Maybe less well known ist the custom of wearing a small rosemary twig on your lapel at Croatian weddings. The bride plants the twig worn by the groom, and if it takes root, it is taken as a good sign for the marriage. A. Bucsics (thinking of "Scarborough Fair")
