give me some information on the area around the South Center Mall?

Hopefully someone will come up with some info like:

Good places to live, affordable rent for one or two people
Local ChileHead approved locations
Cultural Areas>>

You're welcome to join us here in the Great Northwet and add your chiles worth
to heating up the area and chasing the rainclouds away!
But, affodable places to rent???? With property taxes increasing by 16% this
year, a major airplane manufacturer and some other large company (something in
computers, I think), and doctors and lawyers and such who have big bucks to
spend (compared to us normal folks!), not to mention a supposed housing
shortage - the question is: how far are you willing to commute??? And us with
the worst traffic in the nation! Southcenter is south of Seattle (go figure!)
and housing gets cheaper the further you are away from downtown - you can
probably find something in a reasonable distance.

Cultural areas: we have LOTS of culture! Asian, Scandinavian, Indian, African
American, Native American, South American, just plain white folks - we've got
all the cultures!

And to make this "list relevent", we have a growing number of restaurants
adding spicy and/or providing a variety of hot sauces, our Thai and Vietmanese
restaurants are great - and prolific! There are a growing number of hot shops
and most grocery stores are increasing their lines of specialty hot/spicy
foods.

Write me off-list if you need more specifics.
