So...three years of talk and no Pacific Northwest hotluck? I've been on the list for three weeks and I all for a "GO" on this one. I don't have a lot of time to dedicate to organizing this, but I can make phone calls and reserve space and time. Restricting commercialism is good, but letting them in with the hopes of selling some product might make for a lively party and a lot of free samples. I know there are enough of us in Seattle alone for a big deal and sending out the call to the whole state could be a bit overwhelming, but so what. Let's hear from ANYONE who has an interest in a Seattle hotluck. I'm thinking an early spring indoor event would be nice, but realistically it probably won't come together until summer. Does anybody have an RV they would like to park at Golden Gardens as a CH HQ for the day? I'll rent a generator for microwaves and music and there is running water and charcoal cooking pits and a playground for the kids. Contact me privately if you want to help with the organization and include a phone number and best time to call. Scotty McDonell
