Just a note about CPM. I have heard a lot of gripes about the changes in format, and have made some complaints myself. I have taken it for several years, even before it was sold and Dr. Gregory became editor. While it has changed from a planting / horticultural / harvesting / marketing format to primarily cooking / travel / entertainment / advertizing (except for Dr. Bosland's articles on pepper horticulture), it is still a great mag. The changes have not all been popular, but economics dictate the development of readers, and there are a lot more people who consume peppers than grow them. Some of the recipies are really good, too. It is still one of the few magazines I get and read from cover to cover. Calvin
