Friends: Just thought I'd commend the Smoky Beans recipe Dave Sacerdote posted earlier this week. I made them last night as a side dish with carne adovada, and they were excellent! I kept the chipotle content to one in deference to my non-CH SO, but I've got leftovers for lunch today which I added an extra one to. Definitely a keeper of a recipe.
