I have to admit, I don't like the smell of fresh processed Habs. Smoked, dried, powdered or mixed into a sauce smell great. Love the flavor and heat. But the smell of a 20-30 quarts of fresh chopped Habs... well stinks! Not the hot fumes the smell. Thought it I might get accustomed to it after several years, but no. Maybe several more years?
