 There are thick-walled cayennes; they're grown mostly by the spice  
 industry for powder, but they're great fresh, and I'll bet they'd  
 be marvelous smoked.  I think Susan (Chilewoman) has got 'em in her  
 catalog, though I wouldn't swear to it.
