wasabi coated dried green peas?

You should be able to get them ~$1.50/4-oz. package in
most Asian grocery stores.

You can get them from (the shipping and handling adds
another 133%):

KASUGAI Hot Green Peas - 4.2oz $1.65 + S&H
($1.95/$0.25)

You can roll thawed frozen peas in wasabi powder and
dry roast them on a cookie sheet in the oven at
250-350F until done.
