[CH] Recipies, please

Dear CHs-
I have been asked by the local Girl Scout Council to cook for their
annual meeting.      (+- 200 folks)  The kicker is that I am to cook on
the outdoor grill, and am supposed to use a Polynesian/ Hawaiian theme.
Does anyone have any really exceptional recipies along this line they
could pass along?  Perhaps some which I can modify heat levels to zero
and still have a tastey meal?  I already have the dessert planned, but
need ideas on the rest of the meal.  Many thanks in advance.
