Hi Folks, I haven't been through the recipe compilations I down loaded yet (thanks to all who directed me to them) so this may already be covered. Did Chile not make it to Rome? The Italians have a love of spicy, mainly mmm Garlic(?) but I've not noticed (or recognized) many Italian dishes mentioned on the list. Seems like a natural, especially lasagna with all that cheese, my favorite thing with chiles, and green chile helps most things. (Haven't tried directly on sardines yet...) Maybe substitute the layers of wide white flour pasta noodle with whole large green chile in lasagna? Next time my wife does some from scratch, I'll try it. Would have to be more nutritious, add heat to taste.
