HI folks, Been a while since I've posted here but have been lurking and enjoying some of the great recipes and stuff. I am now in need. We have a recipe which calls for cascabel, mirasol or guajillo submitted by Mike Bowers a recently. It sounds wonderful. I would like to try it on roast duck but cannot find those chiles around Kensington or Wheaton. Any help would be appreciated. and keep up the good work. BobL Kensington, Md. PS.
