Being a wasabi-lover from way-back-when, I recently purchased a jar of
"Wasabi Sauce." It's a fairly mild sauce with a wasabi flavor and
without the "breath-taking" quality of real wasabi. I believe you could
get the same results by mixing some wasabi and mayonnaise.

Note: Randy---you can sample it at the next "Sizzler" in a few weeks!
