Here in KS, on my way to get 400 lbs. of topsoil for my raised-bed garden
(89 cents per 40# bag at Kmart,(after rebate)) the price of a gallon of gas
has jumped from 76 cents to $1.05 in under 3 weeks. That's a 38% jump.
Yeah, we're spoiled, but everything is relative, I guess.
