Thank you!, Bryon. I have taken your advice, and penned the attached note to Frank Wolf. All - please feel free to use in your own notes! Robert. "Dear Mr. Wolf, I understand that Congress will be voting in less than two weeks on a bill regarding usage fees for the Internet. As a person owning his own business in Virginia, I believe any tax on Internet usage amounts to restraint of trade. The Internet was designed as a FREE forum for the exchange of information. In fact, it has now become vital to not only business growth, but the day-to-day functions of any business. I urge you not to endorse the heavy-handed profit motives of the telephone companies - who are supposed to be PUBLIC utilities. On this issue, they are certainly not acting in the public interest. Please vote, "No" on any bill which might add to our already significant tax burden. Sincerely yours, Robert Farr"
