Hi Folks, Thanks for all the pointers about Emeril's. Too many replies to answer individually. Is there info on Internet about how to convert raw Jalapeno Peppers I buy at store, into the nice Vinegar soaked Japapeno's I eat at favorite Taco Stand? Yesterday, tried to eat a tiny piece of fresh Jalapeno Pepper I just bought at store, but found it was WAY TOO STRONG. Also, found juice burns my hands and stings my eyes.
