Sounds like the 'lovable rogueish cook, Ainsley Harriot', over here. He
has put Ham [note the capital H] into all his frequent telly appearances
(worst luck) this side of the Atlantic. Has been known to use a very little
chilli in his dishes but not much- and always goes on about 'Romantic heat
& passion' when he does add it. I am truly heartbroken that I have not
looked for his WebSite (an ego his big has got to have at least five). He
did once do a chilli stuffed with cheese and baked, apparently, though. (On
topic, at last)
