I am always looking for new cookbooks that feature recipes with chilis. I picked one up a couple of weeks ago called "The Border Cookbook". It has about 300 recipes from northern Mexico and the southwest US. There are lots of authentic dishes in there that sound very, very good. I would be interested in finding about other cookbooks that the listmembers find to be especially good. One of the best parts of this list in my opinion is the wide variety of recipes that appear. Keep it up!
