Ah yes, another for the grits collection. I once saw a reference to scrapple in which they were refered to as "grits". We know the difference but scrapple deserves some attention itself. When working in North Maryland I stopped at a diner for breakfast. Having never heard of scrapple, I had to try it. I don't know what it was made from but it sure was tasty! It was served like sausage. Does anyone know of any traditional scrapple recipes ! Thanks in advance! rr --- "Goslowsky, George" <gjgoslow@ingr.com> wrote: > This is a tried and tested recipe. === Rockin' Randy's Homepage: http://members.tripod.com/~rocknrandy/index.html El Grande's Shrine: http://members.tripod.com/~rocknrandy/chilehead.html _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
