Made up one of the Island Hot Sauce on Pepper Joes site
(http://www.pepperjoe.com/sauces/).  Must say it is absolutely delicious.
Nice kick without being overbearing.

In particular I've tried it on char-grilled steak - slap it on - great.

Also lathered it on a fried chicken schnitzel, topped further with mashed
avocado and a dollup of sour cream - heaven on a stick (or plate in this
case).
