Here's a little tip for those that don't have the luxury of being
able to set them out for a few hours, Ya gotta work so it's
8 hours or more at least.
In the hardening off process, some books say plants should start
in diffuse sunlight. I have noticed peppers are the most senstive
Esp. ones grown under flourescent lights.

I made a frame that was open ended and about 18in higher than
my plants. I installed some Remay on top and to the south. Placed
plants under the Remay for about 4 sunny days. for 8 to 9 hours.
DO NOT substitute black window screen for diffuser, It will bake
your plants.

One of these years I want to try to take an old storm window and
sandblast the glass. Make fold up a A-frame and use it for a diffusion
screen
