Hi All, I have a book which may be of interest to some on this list.Its called " The Feast Of The Olive" by Maggie Blyth Klein. 1983.ISBN 0-201-12558-7 Aris Books, It has a history of Olives and somereasonable recipes mostly Italian, including an interesting one for Il Castagnacio (Chestnut Flour Cake) made with Olive Oil, Milk, Pine Nuts, Raisins, Salt, Sugar and Fresh Rosemary..
