Hello, I'm new to the list (and have been having a blast reading all the postings...you're my kind o'people...).I have a few questions for the Australian list people.. I have recently moved to Sydney from San Diego and am desperately looking for Anaheim chiles...any suggestions? I can't seem to find any, which really causes problems with half the recipes I want to make...i.e. green chile stew, etc. I have found jalapenos, serranos, and habeneros, but can't seem to get any those pesky Anaheims, (...what's strange is that there are habeneros mixed in the jalapenos at most of the local supermarkets up here in the Northern beaches...imagine what a surprise that will be to the unwary buyer...) I know about Senor Nilas and will be going to the Fiery Food Expo in June, but any suggestions, help, etc. would be greatly appreciated - feel free to email me privately. Also, Is there going to be a list gathering at the Expo at all? I would love to meet some like-minded people... One last thing... and what's the deal with the spelling here? Is everything (the dish con carne, the plants, the pods, the powder, etc.) spelled "chilli"? I should know the local etiquette... Thanks a lot! Debbie
