I'm afraid I don't have JC's email address, so please bear with me. Living as I do in a country where harisa and Tabasco sauce are the only hot sauces readily available and where the only chile peppers you can buy are simply called "hot peppers" whatever their shape, size or color, I drool over the debates about what sauce is the best and dream of someday coming across a habanero and tasting its highlights etc. This morning I couldn't believe my eyes when there was a package in the mail containing a bottle of Jim's 'Fiery Hot Habanero Sauce' and when I sampled it my taste buds felt they'd died and gone to Heaven.
