[CH] habanero hard & soft candy

Procrastinator that I am, I know there is a hard candy made with savina 
powder, but I need the recipe.  I think all you do is boil up some water and 
sugar or Karo syrup to the hard ball stage, stir in some savina powder and 
red food coloring and pour into a greased tray to set.  But I'm not sure what 
to use.  I guess the candy apple mixture would do the same thing.  

And is there a recipe around for soft savina candy, sort of like the cinnamon 
dollars?  Wow!  There go the rest of my teeth!! :D
