Hi Mary...Could you please enlighten everyone as to who or what you are going to kill with that acid...not the kind of acid that you can use for anything else, except photograhic, so if this thread is ever "going" to end, Please, Please, let everyone know what those poor peppers will be subjected to?? As I mentioned it is great for photo work, and cut down by about times three, would give you a better grade of vinegar for preserving....BTW, were you not the kid who got twenty tons(or some other astronomical amount)of cayenne mash donated to you??? Seem to remember that, waay back, memory may be old but it aint that old, YET! So, Now I get the picture, I think....Firegirl is gonna give Tabasco a run for their money!!!! Good Luck!
