Can't say I've ever got a face full from cooking them, but certainly
grinding them if you take the grinder lid off quickly and you happen
to breathe in at the same time.

Oh yeah.  Making up a batch of my hab. chicken.  Like to killed my
girlfriend.
The lesson I learned was that apartment kitchens aren't nearly as
well-
ventilated as you might hope.
