Dear Chileheads:
I've had several requests for the cookbook, Hot on Chile! [$10.00, plus =
$2.50 for shipping]] published by the Mesilla Valley Rotary Club in Las =
Cruces, New Mexico, a fundraising project whose proceeds benefit local =
community projects. Proceeds from the first addition benefited CASA =
(Court Appointed Special Advocates Program). The program trains =
volunteers to become the voice of abused and neglected children in the =
court room. The recipes were donated from chileheads like us. The book =
is currently sold out but an updated, second version, including new =
recipes and bits and pieces of chile lore will be published in the =
fall...in time for Christmas!  If anyone is interested in contributing a =
chile-inspired recipe, please e-mail your recipe to sunny@zianet.com. In =
the subject area, please write Hot on Chile! Recipe.  Please include =
your name and city & state. I'm also collecting names of individuals =
interested in purchasing the cookbook. If you would like to reserve a =
