Somebody mentioned a while back that they had used Jim Campbell's Hab and Chipotle sauces mixed together for a BBQ sauce for ribs. Tried it for the 4th in several combinations. The Hab sauce is very (well, for non-CHs anyway) hot, while the Chipotle is milder. Mixed up three batches, one mostly Hab, one mostly Chipotle and one half & half. Prebaked the ribs to save grilling time and then browned them on the grill and served with bowls of the sauce mixes so everybody could pick their heat levels. Worked out very well...'cept 6 racks of ribs and two bottles of sauce disappeared in about 10 minutes.
