I have always been a fan of olives stuffed with habanero. (on a cruel day, I even made some of my own - using red habs - for a party). Ah, what we do to enlighten others. Anyway, while at the International Fancy Food Show in NY last week, I discovered a great new twist. A company called Miss Scarlett's is jarring up some stuff called Dragon Fire - habaneros with garlic-stuffed olives inside. It was a near religious experience. pepperdean
