There is a great chili recipe from the Marlboro Country Chili Cookbook on my web page under Chili, of course. It's called Cyclone Chili and it uses tomatillos. It is awesome, IMHO. The original recipe called for nopalitos (or sub. green pepper strips) but I wasn't crazy about them so I used chopped home-grown mild NM green chile instead. When I can tomatillos, I add 1 Tbs. RealLemon bottled lemon juice per pint just to be on the safe side. I do that with tomatoes also. I thought the exchange between Rael and Judy was funny.
