[CH] Caribe and the art of grinding

Steve, a cheap coffee mill at Wally World (WalMart) will run about 12
bucks. Do not overload it (I burned up a motor by jamming the blades that
way). Hold the lid on tight and shake gently while grinding. Do not open
till the dust settles. You can grind it to a fine powder if you want, or
watch it and you can get something coarser.

I grind seeds, membrane and pods. I have no complaints about the flavor.

As you probably know, there is plenty of heat on the seeds. El Grande and
Mother Nature planned it that way to limit consumption by beings which can
digest the seeds.

So as you grind the seeds, say your prayers of gratitude to El Grande and
make a vow to plant and propagate more peppers next season.

Hope this helps, Frank
