Can someone please tell me if it is possible to tell which pepper plants have cross pollinated with each other? I have two Habeneros, an Anaheim, a Jalapeno and a Green Salsa in pots on my front porch. They are all in close proximity to each other and beginning to bear fruit (except for the Jalapeno??) One of the Habaneros already has bright orange pods hanging from it's inner branches although they are really quite small. The other plants are rapidly developing pods as we speak. I am just wondering if there is a way to tell which ones cross-pollinated with each other. I guess the cross-pollination will also turn the developing pods into mules and there will be no next generation? One quick other question, once the Habanero turns orange, will the pod continue to grow in size or is it time to pick it immediately? Thanks for you time. Darren
