Hi! I hope someone can help me with this dilemma! First of all, there was an Italian deli in Florida that we used to buy stuffed cherry peppers<stuffed with proscuitto and provolone cheese...mmmmmmmmmmmm!!!> and they looked really easy to make, only thing is the peppers had been pickled to take out some of the heat, so they said. They didn't taste real vinegary, and I think they soaked them in olive oil after they made them. If anyone knows a recipe to pickle the peppers in this way please let me know! Also, it's really hard to find cherry pepper plants in Atlanta!! Where can I get the seeds? Thanks!!!
