I've never noticed the stories on the labels but Iguana XXX Habanero Pepper Sauce is one of my favorite bottled hot sauces. My wife, on the other hand, doesn't like it...say's it has a funny flavor she doesn't like. I think she's refering to the slightly "fermented" taste that I find so appealing. I assume the cane vinegar listed as one of the ingredients is the source of the pleasantly (at least to me) fermented taste.
